A Downtown Mackinaw Cottage!

Huron Breeze Cottage is the perfect Mackinac City vacation rental. It is located on a relatively quiet street corner, right at the edge of the historic downtown district of Mackinaw City. The Starline Ferry to Mackinac Island is literally across the street.

The house still has the original hardwood floors and old-school charm while being filled with updated furniture and decorations. The house has a distinct cottage feeling, with quilts on each bed and lots of wood furniture throughout the house.

The Bedrooms

There are two large bedrooms, each equipped with a luxurious queen-sized bed and a darling blue quilt comforter. There is an overhead light and ceiling fan in each room, which help to keep the room temperature comfortable. Both rooms contain big windows, so if you like to enjoy an evening breeze, you can open them up at night.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and tools you need to prepare food during your stay. There is even a gas grill located on the back patio—perfect for making delicious summer meals! Coffee and tea supplies are provided for you as well.

The Bathroom

The house comes equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer—you will have everything you need to relax and get ready for your next adventure in Mackinaw City.

The Living Space

The living room and dining room area are open and connected to one another. The living room has a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa if you need another place to sleep. It has more than enough seating for everyone to sit down and enjoy a movie together on the big screen LED TV.

The dining room table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play some of the board games you can find in the cottage.

Front Porch and Designated Parking

The front porch is the perfect place to hang out and has four chairs for lounging in. On Tuesday and Friday nights, in the summer, you can enjoy a nice view of the firework show put on by the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau. The fireworks start at dusk.

There is a ramp at the front of the house, allowing for easy access to the home for anyone that uses a mobility device, such as a walker or wheelchair.

The house includes two designated parking spots, so you have a safe place to park your vehicles. The cottage also has keyless entry, making it easy to check in and out.
